n April 2000, TY Medical Practice opened its first medical clinic at Yaumatei in Kowloon Peninsula, which became the first privately run 24-hour medical clinic in downtown Kowloon. Apart from general medical practice, we also provide services on health check, laboratory test and hospital admission.
In June 2002, TY opened another 24-hour medical practice at Causeway Bay, becoming the first downtown round-the-click medical practice in Hong Kong Island. This medical clinic occupies 2600 square feet in the prime area of Causeway Bay, providing laser skin treatment and sleep assessment on top of general medical practice.
In May 2003, TY opened the third medical practice at Mongkok, provides the same horizon of service as the one in Yaumatei to the local residence in Mongkok and surrounding area.

Dr Terence Chow graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987 with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery; he also holds a Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the same university.
Prior to the joining the board, Dr Chow founded Bright Growth Doctors & Associates in 1993. With his rich medical administration knowledge and experience, he built the marketing, sales and customer services units for the medical group.
In 2000, Dr Terence Chow became the leading founder of TY Healthcare Corporation Limited, the first private medical group to operate a downtown 24-hour clinic in Hong Kong. Following TY’s success, the local private healthcare industry has developed expeditiously over the last few years. Dr Chow’s commitment to high standards of professional and customer services has provided the community with admirable, accessible and affordable private healthcare that people in Hong Kong had never encountered.
Under Dr Chow’s leadership, both Bright Growth Doctors & Associates and the TY Group have sustained steady business gwoth despite the adverities created by the Asian economic turmoil and the SARS attack.
For the last 20 years Dr Chow has been involved in professional activities including anaesthesia and intensive care, contract medicine, general practice, occupational medicine, mood disorders, travel medicine and emergency medical assistance. His frequent media appearances have made him a prominent figure in the local healthcare industry. Dr Chow has been invited by carous international corporations, business associations and the Hospital Authority to speak at their courese, seminars, and conventions.
Dr Chow was appointed by the Hong Kong SAR Government a Panel Member of the Human Organ Transplant Board in 2007.

Mr Purple Tse is a Registered Physiotherapist holding a Professional Diploma in Physiotherapy from the then Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) since 1990. In 2006, he earned his Master of Science in Sports Medicine & Health Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr Tse has been practicing physiotherapy for over 15 years during which he holds leading positions in various physiotherapy centers. throughout the yearsm he has accumulated invaluable experience in setting up, acquiring respeced advisor and resourceful consultant in corporate medicine, he first took on the position of General Manager of Bright Growth Doctors & Associates and later contributed phenomenally to the establishment of TY Healthcare Corporation Limited.
In addition to clinical aspect of his career, Mr Tse also participates actively in education and training programs. As a tutor of the Hong Kong Coach Committee (HKCC), he had won 6 “Quality Teaching Awards” over the 10 years of services with the committee. In recognition of his outstanding and professional performance, he was appointed to be a module leader of the Hong Kong Coach Education Program in Sports Medicine in 2005.
